A Texas-sized space reimagined for Texas-sized events
Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas, Texas’ leading meetings resort destination, is excited to announce the highly anticipated $7 million redesign and renovation of level one of the 34,000 square foot conference centre. Beginning in late December and with a projected completion date in late May, the new space will take meetings and events to the next level with a design by Richmond International, the leader in international hospitality design.
Richmond International’s design of the meeting and event space includes new stone flooring throughout the common areas, custom designed carpet, feature wall coverings, pendant lighting, with a luxurious color palette of slate greys, neutrals and accents of sage. The tasteful furnishings will complement the design, as well as offer up more communal gathering spaces throughout the entire lower level.
The addition of a new 4,400 square foot space, the Lantana Room and deck, enhances the selection of venue offerings for meetings and social events. The Lantana Room boasts one floor to ceiling window wall of natural light, can be divided into two equal sections and will accommodate up to 400 guests. The outdoor deck will be accentuated with seasonal landscaping to add to the ambiance of the space. Additionally, the Pecos Room, will offer just over 600 square feet of new breakout space in the heart of the conference centre. The overall look is contemporary with crisp details like custom chandeliers, sleek furniture and bespoke carpets.
